Flag a Unit as Blacklisted

Flag a Unit as Blacklisted

This option is usually used when you have blacklisted a unit occupant with a credit bureau.  You can record the date and the amount of the blacklisting.  The system will record the blacklisting and it's removal on the unit notepad, and has a search facility to identify blacklisted units.

To record or remove the flag:

 

Functions, Letting or Sectional Title, Flag a Unit as Blacklisted.  (Clear the amount and date fields to remove the flagging.)

Maintenance, For your Clients, Unit.  

 

The date and amount recorded on the Control Flags of Unit Maintenance.  They are displayed and cannot be amended on this screen:

Maintenance, For your Clients, Unit. The Notepad entry recording the flagging.  A similar entry is recorded when the flagging is removed.

Enquiries and Searches, For your Clients, Search for a Unit.  

 

You can search/scan for flagged units using the Unit Search facility.  (You can select a property or group of properties in one agent.)
