This is a system to log, facilitate and track maintenance jobs in respect of managed properties.
The steps are as follows:
1. Check the maintenance mandate given by the property owner.
2. Using the Job Capture and Control screen-
2.1 Log the requested maintenance, capturing the details of the job and the parties involved.
2.2 Allocate the job to responsible person.
2.3 Request quotes from suppliers linked to the property.
2.4 Approve a quote.
2.5 Record that the work has been inspected and approved.
2.6 Record that the job has been finalised.
Relevant parties receive Sms's and eMails keeping them informed of the process.
Reports of jobs per Responsible person and per service provider are available.
Jobs for a unit can be viewed from the Unit Maintenance screen.
