This program displays any captured mandates from the Owner of a Property relating to maintence/repair of the Property. The mandate is captured under the Notepad Section of Maintenance - Property.
On exiting, this screen provides an option to go directly to the Job Logging Screen. The aim of displaying the Maintenance Mandate prior to logging a job is to lessen the possibility of accepting responsibility for (and logging) maintenance requests that are not the responsibility of the Agent.
