Overview

 

System to ensure that all rentable space is captured, to divide the space into actual categories, eg. 1st Floor, Basement, and to report on occupied and vacant space, per category, and on certain lease and rental rate information of tenants that occupy the space.

 

General Features

 

- Unrestricted, user defined categories to divide up the areas of the Property

- Controlled balancing of areas to category totals and overall total space

- Vacant space is reported as available on the Rentroll and on the Marketing System

- Tenancy Schedule for use by managers to manage tenant leases, and for Owner information

- Rental and recovery rates per m2  easily scanned by managers and Owners

 

Hints

 

- Print the Unit Analysis Table and ensure that it balances to the totals in the setup field, prior to entering it onto the system

- The Review date is picked up from the 'Early Review Date' , field 9, line 12 of the Lease Setup / Maintain Screen

- If you want to change a Property type to 'RCO',  print and then clear the old areas in the Unit Analysis Table, prior to changing the flag, then change the flag and re-enter the areas
