This program reports on the Last Inspection Date of each Unit as set up in Maintenance - Unit

Its aim is to find Units that have not been inspected according to the correct inspection cycle.  
e.g. if all units must be inspected at least every six months, and the current date is 30th September, select - 1st April - in the 'Inspected prior to' field, and a list will be displayed of all units whose last inspection date is prior to 1st April.

The list also includes all Units for which no Last Inspection Date has been captured.  

This field can be used for other purposes where a date is a key to an action, which needs to be monitored eg.  Noting when building on a vacant stand in a HOA needs to be completed.
