This program produces a report that can be used to record the delivery of notices of a meeting, and has a space for the signature of the recipient of a physically delivered notice.
If the unit post flag (Control flag on Maintenance - Unit) is set to 'P', then it is assumed that the notice would have been posted by registered mail, and the word 'POSTED' is inserted in the signature block.
