An Agent or Business in terms of this system is an entity that is run as a business, that either manages properties, or conducts some other commercial activity or activities.
It could also be a division of a business, on which separate reporting is required. All divisions can be consolidated for reporting purposes as required.

A rental collection company
The rental collection division of a Property management company
A maintenance company
A maintenance division of a Property management company
