This is useful for reporting arrears, and actions taken relative thereto, to Owners or Trustees of buildings. It can be run for a rolling twelve-month period.
It contains balances due to the Property by Unit Occupants, and if requested, also those due to the Agent. The report contains an analysis by Unit Flag including percentages of the total amount outstanding.
If the 'E'mail option is selected, the report will be emailed to any email address captured in the 'Contact' field of Maintain/Setup Property . If no email addresses are setup, no emails will be sent.
An example of the selection screen, showing the various options, is displayed below:

Enter the required number of 'Unit Notepad Months' (including & prior to the selected period) that should appear on the report for each Unit. The default is two months (selected period notepad plus that for the month previous to the selected period), and the maximum number of months is twelve. If only one month is specified, the notepad for the selected period will be displayed.
