With some of the searches you will be able to include an outstanding balance, e.g. Search for all Units with Names beginning with JOHN, and with an outstanding balance of R 5000.00
A list of tenants that match the search criteria is then displayed. If you press Enter on one of the lines, the Update Tenant Screen will automatically be opened for the selected tenant.
