Use this option to Send General or specific SMS's to Tenants (Unit Occupants):
The selection process only picks Units with cellular telephone numbers captured during their set up.
A summary of the process is as follows:
1.Choose either a the relevant option
2.'SELECT' the relevant Units from the list
3.A list of Selected Units is displayed, including the names, cell numbers and amounts due.
4.Select all on the list (Ctrl A), or press Enter on the ones to which you wish to send.
(Note: If you select all Units, SMS statements will only be sent to those with balances)
5.Press the Esc key:
•If you Choose a General SMS, you will be prompted to type the wording of the SMS.
•The wording for the other SMS's is pre-determined..
