Setup Maintenance General Ledger Codes

This program  allows a user to setup general ledger account codes which are to be analysed using the Maintenance Tracking System.

 

If a general ledger code is entered into this table, each time an entry is posted to it, the user will be required to breakdown the amount to a unit and category level.  

 

Each account will have a default category, as entered, which can be amended at the point of data capture.
