Setup
Maintain/Setup Property - Field 17- Setup
Insert a 'P' or an 'F' for older buildings to indicate the PQ system. This indicates a percentage basis, as opposed to a factor basis. The percentages must total 100, and the factors, 1.
Insert the total area of all sections according to the sectional title plan (Reg. Unit Area), and the total area used to calculate levies, which is usually the same.
