The report includes details of contracts entered into - expiry date, next service date etc. Contract information is entered on the contract field of Maintain/Setup Property. Contracts are linked to active creditors for the Property. Creditors are categorized by selecting a type on the control flags field of Maintain/Setup creditor:
Contract types are setup on a table - Administration, System Setups and Utilities, Various Tables and Setups, Supplier types.
Static information is captured using the report capture screen, which produces the report when Filed:
