Report Packs

Report packs are, as implied by their name, a grouped selection of system reports that convey comprehensive information to property owners, trustees or directors.

 

The grouping is based primarily on the type of property being reported on -

 

Sectional title scheme or home owners association

Residential rental property

Commercial rental property

 

Depending on your account, there are levels within each pack that determine which reports are included in the pack (Chosen per property), or components are chosen off a table. The default level, if there is no setting on the relevant property, is 2, or A.  

 

Report packs can be viewed, emailed individually to selected trustees/owners, or emailed to all trustees/owners setup on a property in a monthly run. They can also be archived to our internal archive, or to external archives via FTP.

 

Report packs are processed from the Reporting menu, Owner/Tenant or Sectional Title/HOA, or from the Monthly Reports Menu.

 

As a general rule, where properties are grouped, the report pack should be run choosing the controlling property of the group.  Reports for all properties in the group will be included in the pack.
