This program raises the Amount "Fees Payable by a Property to its Agent", as set up in the Amount Field of Maintain Property - Agent Fee Structure. These fees are usually raised and paid at the beginning of each month.
When run in live mode, this program automatically raises a Debtor and an Income in the Agent's Books, along with a corresponding Creditor and Expense in the Property's Books. These amounts are paid automatically when Pay Amounts due by Properties to Agents is run.
This program also produces a report that is useful for maintaining an overview of amounts raised from month to month.
The following is an example of the selection screen. The below example would raise fees for the month of October 2004.
Once these fees have been raised, any adjustments are made using Fees to a Landlord (Agent).
