This program allows easy maintenance of the Fixed Amount Fees Base, charged by Agents to Properties, as set up on Maintain/Setup Property.

After starting this program, press 'F2' on the desired Description, press 'F2' on the desired Property, and maintain the required fee. Once you have Filed the change, the system will return you to the Fee Summary Screen.

This routine should be run regularly to maintain the quality of the data in the relevant area.
