This report is a combined Rent Roll and Disbursement Statement and is available for a rolling twelve-month period.
The top section of the report contains summarised Tenant information for the selected month - Opening Balance, Current Month Charges, Receipts and Closing Balance.
The remainder of the report lists the expenses paid from the rental along with amounts paid to the Owner.
