Manage Bank Guarantees

Tenants sometimes provide a guarantee from a bank as security for their performance in terms of their lease agreement.  UniProp facilitates the management and control of bank guarantees as follows:

 

1.  Charge a tenants account on activation of the lease agreement.

 

2.  Charge or credit a tenants account for new, increased or decreased bank guarantees.

 

3.  'Receipt' or credit a tenants account on receipt of a bank guarantee.

 

4.  Credit a tenants account on expiry or cancellation of a bank guarantee.

 

5.  View a listing of cash deposits and bank guarantees for a Property

 

6.  Scan bank guarantees for expiry dates
