This program runs a Financial Year-end for either the Management Level - 'J', an Agent - 'A', or a Property - 'P'.  The default ID No is usually 'UM' to indicate the Management Level.

This facility can only be used within a rolling, twelve-month period. Use General Ledger Year End - Redefine for historic changes.
