Use this powerful utility in order to delete a Property. The system does not allow the deletion of a Property if certain information is present within certain time periods, but it is still not advisable to delete a Property.

If you have created a Property in error, and have not processed any transactions for it, then it is advisable to delete it. However, if the Property is one that is no longer active, and there thus are transactions, it is usually better to create a new division solely for inactive Properties, and link the Property to that Division (Agent).
