A Clearance Certificate is required by before the ownership of a sectional title unit is allowed to be transferred from one owner to another.  It essentially confirms that all monies due to the body corporate in respect of the unit have been paid up to a certain date.

 

This program will calculate the amount due based on the information on the system, to the requested date, and print a letter to the transferring attorney, advising them of the amount required.
