These Menu Options allow Budgets for a Property to be entered and maintained.
Refer to Budgeting Overview for more information.
The system stores three budget periods - Current, Future and Prior. Reports normally ask to which budget the actual figures should be compared.
Usually, a Future Budget is approved and locked, then moved to Current, where any budget changes during the current period are entered into the Add On's Budget. The existing Current Budget becomes the Prior Budget when the move takes place. These movements and approval setting are to found on the Accounting Setup and Tools Menu
