Select this option to Enter or Amend the Budget for an Agent/Business for the Next Year, i.e. the financial period following the current period.
Refer to Budgeting Overview for more information.

If you select Full, all General Ledger Accounts are displayed for editing, whether they have any data (actual or budget) or not.
If you select Actual, only General Ledger Accounts with actual data will be displayed for editing.
If you select Actual/Budget, all General Ledger Accounts with either Actual or Budget data will be displayed for editing.

Enter either the Total amount for the financial year in the Total column, or the Monthly amounts in their columns as required. The system automatically allocates a Total amount equally over the year, where after any other months can be individually edited.
Note:
If a year end is changed, any budget entered prior to the change will have to be re-entered in order to update the budget periods. This can be done by moving from line to line and changing the total year budget first to zero, and then back to its original amount.
