Notes:
  • External users and internal users are distinguished by an Entity ID field. External users have an Entity ID, internal users do not. A user with an Entity ID value has a limited interface to the archives, and can only view documents with a matching Entity ID.

  • CSV files can be natively opened with Microsoft Excel®. However, all-digit fields such as zip codes or document numbers will lose their leading-zero formatting. To restore formatting, change the column's format in Excel to a Special format of the proper number of 0's, such as 000000 for a six-digit field. A Save As option will then retain leading 0's and the file will be suitable for importing into UnForm.

  • The user database (ufarcusr.dat) should be backed up before performing any import functions. The user database was last backed up on [$baktime].
