Documents which resulted from a search listing item chosen from the preceding page are displayed in a consistent format with other document listing, with two exceptions:
| • | the library name is shown at the far left (since searches can include multiple libraries) |
| • | a checkbox to the left of the library name is provided to be able to check individual documents for deletion from the search list (documents are just removed from the search list -- they remain on file in the archives). |
A document image can be displayed or the document information page can be displayed by following the the links provided on each document listed.
A number of subsequent actions can be taken on the resulting search documents as a group.
Three buttons to the right of the 'Documents' button lead to these actions:
Bulk Action - export to HTML, transfer or copy operations
Export - export a listing of documents to a CSV file, and open the file if desired
Forms - perform web-form based actions on the documents

Filter these results into a new search.
The following prompt is issued when you choose this option:
You can enter an additional word, phrase or supported wildcard and press the OK button.
A new search will be launched with the previous search subset as the new search universe.
Results of the new search are displayed in a new window independently of the source search results.
