OneDoc is one of the three main ways to find and retrieve documents.
Main characteristics:
OneDoc
| • | quick retrieval of a single document, when the library, type and document ID are known |
| • | single library and single document type selected from a drop-down list |
| • | single document ID entered to retrieve a single document |

Choose a library from the drop-down list.
Choose a document type from the drop-down list.
Enter a document I.D.
Press 'View'.
The document will be displayed in the Document Image Viewer, or if multiple images exist, then the Document Information Page is displayed with links to document images.
For searches, press the 'Search' button instead of the 'View' button.
Searches can use certain wildcards to narrow the search, and resulting documents are displayed in the search page format which is documented under the Main Menu 'Search' topic.
