Regarding HELP
Users given 'administrator' security rights obtain access to a browser help system that includes the administrator Maintenance functions and additional topics intended for integrators and administrators only. In addition, there are help pages that are visible by regular users which contain comments and links that are only visible by administrative users.
See Help System under Introduction for more details.
