Address book records can be exported to a CSV file for mass maintenance or synchronization with files in other applications.
Export address book to a CSV file
From the address listing page, the Export CSV icon creates a file of address books records and invokes an operating system dialogue for disposition of the file.
As an example in a demonstration run, under Windows 2003 Server and IE8, the dialogues for 'File Download' and 'Save As' appeared as follows:
