Once a library has been selected list pages are presented to display documents contained in the library.
Documents are initially read in and displayed in the order of their primary indexes, which are the Document type and Document ID properties.
Here's an example of the initial document list for a library called demo_sales.
Note that this list has image details suppressed, which is an option described further below.
Note also that there's a break line inserted when the document type changes.
The control that allows you to jump directly to a document type or a document ID is described further below.
The top area of browse list pages looks like this:
Here's a description of the functionality of the different buttons and options at the top of the list pages.
If the description is a link, you can click on the link to jump to the topic.
Use these buttons to move between list pages.
The number of items per page can be controlled using the drop-down control on the far right of the control bar:
Start with this document type and I.D.
You can quickly seed the list display to go directly to the beginning of a document type by choosing the document type from the drop-down list and pressing the blue 'Go' arrow circle to the right of the control. If you enter a document ID in the second control, when you press the blue 'Go' arrow it will jump to the specified document to start the list display at that point.
List display column headings
The column headings above the listed documents can be used to change the sorting sequence of the listed documents.
The default sort sequence is by Type and ID when you first come in.
Whichever column sort is in effect will show an up or down arrow next to the column label.
The up arrow indicates Ascending sequence; the down arrow indicates Descending sequence.
Sort by Document type and ID
Sort by Document title
Sort by Document date and time
Ascending sort is the default for the Type/ID column and Descending sort is the default for the Date/Time column.

When images are displayed as part of the list, each image has a checkbox to the left of the image Sub ID field.
This checkbox is to mark or unmark the image for processing using the Marked documents feature which is an option at the top of most pages, or is accessible from the main menu page.
Mark/Unmark all on page will mark all visible images displayed on the page.
