A list of active and recent searches.
When active and recent searches exist they are displayed on the Active and Recent Searches page.
Each search is identified with a unique 10-digit ID.
Additional descriptive data gives you details about the search status and search criteria.
Hovering over entries in the ID column produces a clickable link to view the search results.

Refresh List
The completion status, number of records read and the number of records selected is reported at intervals during processing of the search. In many cases a search will complete by the time the search status is first displayed. If the search status indicates "running ...", the refresh list icon can be clicked to update the search status.
Searches, depending on the number of records in libraries and whether the search criteria provides for index optimization, could take more than a short amount of time to fully process. By checking auto-refresh, you can have the search status fields updated with progress on a regular basis without having to press the refresh list.
Hide / Show search details
Search details refer to the library name and search filter criteria in the right two columns of the search status display. Those columns can be hidden or shown by toggling this icon.
