Users can be assigned to groups to facilitate security setup and maintenance.
Once groups have been created, they appear checkboxes in User setup so that individual users can be assigned to the group.

to Security menu New group Select a group
New Group:
Press the New group button on the toolbar to create a new group.
Assign an ID and a name.
The form is shown further below.
