Virtual Libraries for External Users
A significant change has been made to how external users are given access to the UnForm archives.
No changes were needed to external user administration in the browser to accommodate this.

Note the difference between internal and external users:
External users and internal users are distinguished mainly by the Entity ID field.
External users have an Entity ID, internal users do not.
An external user with an Entity ID value has a limited interface to the archives, and can only view documents with a matching Entity ID.

Form field help:
User ID Unique ID for each user
User Name User's name
Password User's password
Confirm Confirm user's password
Entity ID User may only view documents with this entity ID.
User is inactive Used to indicate that the User entity is inactive and should be
barred from access to library documents.
Allowed IP A security feature which allows the restriction of access by user entities
to certain incoming IP addresses, to prevent access from outside the
organization, unless specification otherwise.
Email An email address where a password reset request from the login screen will be sent.
Date Entry order Choice of a specific session date format is allowed from the options listed.
Group Membership Any groups that have been defined in Group administration will be
shown here, and a user entity can be assigned to one or more
groups from here.
Last Activity A display field that show the last activity date for the user entity.
