Ashley has been with Unibase Solutions since November 2003, he was employed in the capacity of Support Center Agent with a focus on mainly supporting our Property clients. As time passed, he started supporting all our product suits and customers.
In October 2006, he resigned from Unibase to follow an opportunity in the Middle East (Saudi Arabia) to implement a Property Management system. The operation proved unsuccessful due to differences in the way properties are managed and he returned to Unibase in April 2007. Upon his return, he was employed back into the Support Center. In 2008 he was promoted to the Support Center Manager and held that position until September 2016 when he became the General Manager.
Ashley forms part of Unibase’s Leadership Team and is responsible for Client Support as well as the Software Development pillars within the business. His day-to-day task includes overseeing various aspects of the business, assisting clients as well as staff with support queries.
Ashley completed a Bachelors of Commerce Degree in Management through UNISA; he obtained the degree in 2016.
His hobbies are; he has recently taken up Cycling and will be cycling this year’s 94.7 Cycle Challenge. On weekends he spends most of his time with his fiancé, family and friends. He is Unibase’s braai master, braaiing every opportunity he gets.
Cheryl has been with Unibase since 1997 where she started her career as a Support Center agent, as well as assisting with the financial side of the company. She then took on the role of Support Centre Manager where she managed a team of agents who provided first line support.
Since 2005 she progressed through several portfolios to her current role as Operations Manager, while also forming part of the Leadership Team with the main focus on Customer Relations and Development.
Cheryl is responsible for overseeing the company’s projects, customer relationships, training and development, mainly in the Automotive, retail and Workshop fields.
Hobbies – She has created a buy-and-sell enterprise and attends festivals wherever she can. She shares a special bond with family and friends and prioritises spending quality time with them.
Cheryl’s motto in life is ‘If you want something, be honest, work hard & you will achieve it – there are no shortcuts’.
Khosi started working for Unibase in 2010, she was employed as a Support Center agent. In 2017 she was promoted to the Support Center Manager and she also forms part of the Leadership team within Unibase mainly responsible for Staff Care and Development.
She has an Advanced Diploma in General Business Management and studying towards her B-tech in Business Management via the University of Johannesburg.
How to describe her: A nature lover, mother to Poe the sausage dog. Loves her clothes still even though she can’t fit into them but hope still lives there. On a quest to conquer her unruly world. Loves Gregory Porter.
Hobbies: recently started learning how to play chess, enjoys trying out new markets, galleries, walking Poe and attending festivals and spending time with loved ones.
Anthony has been with Unibase Solutions since 2008 and has been employed as a Support Center Agent, dealing with the various software suits offering support to all our clients. He, however, specializes in the Property Management Software system, assisting with various client take-ons with a focus on training our new customers.
Anthony also forms part of the Leadership team, focusing on the Business Development and Marketing aspect of the business.
Anthony has attended a course at the University of Johannesburg as well as Damelin Correspondence College.
He is an avid hip hop fan and religious reader, a lover of life, art and culture.
